Overview

GangFlow provides Shopify merchants with tools for collecting artwork uploads, managing transfer-by-size print orders, and generating DTF gang sheets. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when merchants install or use GangFlow.

Information we collect

We may collect and process the following categories of information:

• Shopify store information such as shop domain and app installation data
• Order data needed to process transfer-by-size DTF workflows, including order identifiers, line items, product and variant details, selected sizes, and order status
• Customer-submitted artwork and related file metadata
• Merchant-configured production settings such as film width, DPI, margins, spacing, and packing preferences
• Technical and operational data such as webhook events, API requests, processing logs, and error diagnostics

How we use information

We use collected information to:

• Authenticate merchants and maintain app access
• Receive and process Shopify orders and webhook events
• Validate, normalize, and render uploaded artwork into gang sheet outputs
• Store and return production artifacts such as previews and generated sheets
• Provide merchant-facing admin workflows and settings
• Monitor reliability, troubleshoot failures, and improve app performance and security

Shopify data access

GangFlow only accesses Shopify data necessary to provide the app’s functionality. We do not sell merchant data or customer artwork. We use Shopify APIs and webhooks to operate the workflows merchants enable through the app.
